We in matchbox twenty are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Doug Reesh. Doug was a member of our team up to and including the mad season tour. Many who saw us in the early days may remember us bringing “Dancing Doug” out in the breakdown of Long Day. Something he did purely to make us laugh. He was a joy of a human and was always considered by us a part of our family. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have had him as a part of our journey and so humbled to have been a part of his. We send our condolences to his family and his friends. He will be missed.
